  6. A. NEW CATALOG DISK
  7.   -------------------
  8. The two-disk catalog that in the past
  9. has listed all the software in the
  10. club's library, has been replaced by a
  11. single catalog disk. This new version
  12. provides a better overall description
  13. of each disk, but not necessarily a
  14. listing of each program on that disk.
  15. This is essentially an improved version
  16. of the summary that appeared on Side 4
  17. of the former catalog disks. Experience
  18. has indicated that the previous catalog
  19. format was too complicated or
  20. cumbersome and that only a few members
  21. were using the details it offered. The
  22. revised Catalog will be given to new
  23. members and can be obtained by others
  24. for $0.50 from your Chapter Library
  25. Monitor. Future updates can be obtained
  26. by swapping an earlier issued disk.
  27.  
  28. The new catalog disk will also contain:
  29.  - A list of recent additions to the
  30.    library
  31.  - Software ordering information
  32.  - Catalogs or listings of software
  33.    available from other sources.
  34.    (Contributions to this section will
  35.    be gratefully accepted from anyone.)

  135. Chapter Library Monitors are supposed
  136. to provide information about software
  137. in the club library, Disks-of-the-Month
  138. at monthly chapter meetings and take
  139. orders for all library software.  If
  140. your chapter doesn't have a Library
  141. Monitor, how about letting your
  142. Director know if you would be willing
  143. to serve. You will be helping your
  144. Chapter and will have access to the
  145. library and the latest information.
  146.  
  147. Contributions of new public domain,
  148. Shareware and Freeware programs are
  149. always needed and welcome. There has
  150. been very little participation or use
  151. of our library in recent years, but no
  152. suggestions for change. Our library
  153. will continue to offer a good selection
  154. of things that are instructive, fun and
  155. inexpensive. I hope more folks will see
  156. this as a good opportunity......

  164. him, with payment. The selected disk(s)
  165. will be mailed directly to you. If
